ONLINE PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before making any payment for our service(s). By using this facility, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore Pte Ltd (LTPRS) may change at any time thus please review these terms and conditions periodically for changes.

LIMITATION ON USE

This online payment facility may be used by you to:

  • purchase Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore Pte Ltd sales voucher
  • pay deposit for reservation or private event booking
  • purchase any other service or product listed in this Online Payment page

This online purchasing facility may not be used to make any unauthorized, speculative or fraudulent bookings or to resell the services of Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore. If Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore Pte Ltd is of the view, in its absolute discretion that you are in breach of any of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right (without prejudice to any other remedies we may have in law or otherwise) to cancel your bookings without reference to you and/or deny you access to this online payment facility.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY

  • Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to notify LTPRS in writing of your cancellation & refund request for your deposit is 5 business days before the event.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations can only be accepted via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. “>mktg@lawrys.com.sg) & fax (+65 62350300) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • Please call +65 68363333 to confirm your cancellation if you do not hear from us within 6 hrs after your cancellation submission.
  • All refund requests must be made by the credit card holder that made the payment.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment

These above policies apply to all transaction unless otherwise stated.

REFUSAL OF ORDER

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this site. We will make our best efforts to always process all transactions but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an transaction after we have sent you an transaction confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.

If we cancel your transaction and you have already made payment for your transaction, the payment amounts will be refunded in full to you. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this site, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this site or for refusing to process or accept an transaction.
